Standard Delivery Timeline

We use third-party logistics company Tresgo to handle our deliveries. Our warehouse will proceed the orders within 5 - 7 working days

  • Free Shipping on all orders above RM 200 (West Malaysia)
  • Free Shipping on all orders above RM 300 (East Malaysia)

 

Flat Rates:
West Malaysia: RM 10 - RM 12
East Malaysia: RM 15 - RM 18

Rates by weight:
West Malaysia: RM 5.70 for the first kg, and RM 1.00 for each additional kg.
East Malaysia: RM 14.00 for the first kg, and RM 10.00 for each additional kg.

Orders Placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be processed only on the next business day.

*During festive seasons or exceptional circumstances, such as high order volumes or unforeseen events, our team may require an additional 1 to 2 working days to prepare and dispatch your order

Uncollected Self Collection Orders Policy

Uncollected Parcel Policy

We kindly request customers to collect their orders promptly to ensure smooth operations and avoid inconvenience. Please take note of the following terms:

Self-Collection Deadline

  • Orders must be collected within 3 months from the date of purchase.
    * Any orders not collected after this period will be forfeited without refund, exchange or credits.

 

Self-Collection Orders

If you have chosen Self-Collection at checkout but later request delivery, an additional delivery fee of $15 will apply.

This fee must be settled before the parcel is dispatched.

 

Return to Motherswork HQ

Orders not collected within 2 weeks from the date of notification will be returned to our HQ.
* Customers will then be required to collect their order from HQ during our operating hours.
